CougarPlex Soccer Field

Field Renovations
Since 2011, the ICC men's and women's soccer teams have called the CougarPlex Soccer Field home. Located just east of the CougarPlex, the natural-grass field provides a beautiful back-drop of trees that is picturesque with the ever-changing leaves during the fall season for both teams. Portable benches were added in 2018, providing shelter from the wind and rain.

Practice Field
The teams practice on a field on campus about a quarter mile away from their competition field. Prior to 2011, the Cougars played at Eastside in East Peoria.

Former head coach Oz Bakirdan started the soccer program as a club program in 1999. Ultimately, the Cougars would join the NJCAA in 2001.
