East Peoria, IL-- The ICC men's basketball team hit the century mark in their first win of the 2021-22 season, topping St. Ambrose JV 101-44 in Ramsey Gym on Wednesday night. The team raced out to a 49-31 halftime lead and never looked back.

In addition to the big scoring ICC played solid defense, especially in the second half as they held the Fighting Bees to 21% field goal shooting while shooting 52% themselves. The Cougars held SAU JV to just 15 points in the second half and just 3-24 shooting from three-point range on the evening.
