Bloomington, Ill - The Illinois Central College men's soccer team won their third game in a row as they defeated Illinois Wesleyan University 2-0 on Thursday night at Neis Field.  The game was scoreless until the second half when Eneko Casas scored (assist Cristian Bregu) followed by an Antoni Plomer goal (assist Casas).

The defense took it from there, giving ICC a three-game win streak and moving their overall record to 11-6.

Next up:  The Cougars have one more regular season game coming up on Tuesday, October 18 as they host Indian Hills at 6pm at CougarPlex Soccer Field.

Region 24 Tournament Information:  The ICC men will be the #2 seed for the tournament and host the Region 24 semi-final on Saturday October 22^nd at 6pm at Eastside Football Complex in East Peoria.  If the Cougars win the semi-final game, they would advance to the Region championship game at Lewis & Clark in Godfrey, IL with the date and time TBA.
