East Peoria, Ill. - The ICC men's basketball program (4-4) got back to .500 on the season by beating Illinois Wesleyan JV on Monday night at home. ICC won the game, 82-72.

The Titans started the game off hot by getting an 11-2 lead. After an ICC timeout, the team regrouped and was able to fight back by tying the game at 23 all. The rest of the first half consisted of both teams trading buckets and IWU JV gaining a 37-35 lead at the break.

The Cougars returned the favor by coming out in the second half and going on a 15-2 run through the first four minutes. ICC was able to maintain the lead throughout the second half. The closest the Titans got was 71-64 with three minutes to go.
