NORMAL – Taking advantage of some late winter warm temperatures to add to the spring schedule, Illinois Central College defeated Illinois Valley Community College 303-320 in a dual meet March 21 at Weibring Golf Club. The Cougars' Mike Wales (Peoria/Peoria Notre Dame HS) was medalist with a 3-over-par 74.
