Canton, Ill. - The 16th-ranked ICC Cougars (18-8) had their three-match win streak snapped on Friday at Hawkeye, but an in-region opponent in the Spoon River Snappers provided the opportunity to start with a clean slate. The Snappers certainly put up quite the fight, as none of the eventual four total sets had a margin of more than eight points, with ICC taking the opener 25-17 as the match's largest set win.
