Godfrey, Ill. - The Illinois Central College men's soccer team came up short against Lewis and Clark on Saturday afternoon, falling 2-0 in Region 24 action.

Despite the loss, Cougar head coach Gabe Carreno and the squad are remaining positive for upcoming matches.
"The team is focused on keeping the work ethic up and setting goals toward finishing in the best position possible heading into post-season," Carreno said. "We'll figure out the game plan closer to the start of the playoffs and see how we can capitalize on our strengths moving forward."
ICC drops to 5-6 overall and 0-3 in Region play while LCCC improved to 8-1-2 overall and 3-1 in Region 24.
