East Peoria, IL - The 14th-ranked Illinois Central College Volleyball team (30-13) has had quite the battles with #4 Heartland in recent seasons, and 2024 has been no different. Saturday, the Cougars hosted the Hawks, Rend Lake, and East Central Missouri in the District "Central B" Tournament at Ramsey Gym. The Cougars swept Rend Lake in the Semifinal, and would turn it around and also sweep the fourth-ranked Hawks to win their third consecutive District Championship, with all three wins coming over the Hawks.
