East Peoria, Ill. - The #20 Illinois Central College volleyball team got a win on Sophomore night as they defeated Lincoln Land Community College in four sets, going 26-28, 25-21, 25-8, and 25-23 on Wednesday. 

The Cougars secured their victory with Reese Cruit's 11 kills and 22 assists from Ellie Dallas. The win improves the Cougars to 19-13 overall. 

The team will head to Champaign on Friday and Saturday to play in the Region 4/24 Crossover. They are set to play three ranked teams over the weekend including #18 McHenry and #12 Sauk Valley. The Cougars are 5-2 in Region 24.
