Over her two-year ICC career, Mandy established records that remain an important part of Cougar women's basketball history. She finished as the program's all-time leading scorer with 1,344 points and holds the career scoring average record at 19.2 points per game. She also set records for career free-throw percentage at 82.9 percent and career free throws made with 252. Her success at ICC earned her an opportunity to continue her athletic and academic career at the NCAA Division I level at the University of Missouri from 1994–1996. There, she earned All-Tournament Team honors, set Missouri free-throw percentage records, and received Academic All-Conference honors and the Renee Kelly Leadership Award.

A national champion, two-time NJCAA All-National Tournament selection, two-time All-Region 24 honoree, and Region 24 MVP, Mandy exemplified the talent, determination, leadership, and commitment to excellence that define Cougar Athletics.
