Boone, IA - The #13 Illinois Central College volleyball team went 2-2 over the weekend at the DMACC Tournament, including a sweep of #15 Des Moines Area CC (DMACC). The Cougars lost their first game to #9 Kansas City Kansas Community College, 1-3, and won 3-0 against the host #15 Bears in their second game on Friday.

On Saturday, ICC swept Metropolitan Community College, 3-0, but then lost 0-3 to #10 Neosho County Community College.

The weekend tournament results brings the Cougars to an overall record of 21-4. 

This upcoming week is Rivalry Week for the Cougars as they will face two Top 10 teams in Region 24 action. They will host #5 Parkland on Wednesday, September 30 at 6:00 pm in Ramsey Gym and then tangle with #6 Heartland on Friday evening in Normal.
