2nd season at ICC

Hailey Parungo enters her second season as an assistant coach at ICC but this year she is coaching on the men's side. As a coach last season for the Cougar women's soccer team, she helped engineer a major improvement as the team had their first winning season in quite some time.
Parungo was reared as a player in the Sporting Futbol Club from 1997-2007 and the John Gaspar Soccer Academy from 2007-13. She has experience coaching with US Soccer and also coaches at the Morton Premier Soccer Club and began coaching club in 2018.
She holds a Master's of Education in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and earned her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology at Indiana University. Hailey resides in Morton.
