ICC alum Matej Radonic is in his 5th year as an assistant on his former coach, Oz Bakirdan's staff.  Matej, who hails from Podgora, Croatia, played for ICC in 2013 and before moving on to play Division I soccer at University of Wisconsin (2014-2017).

Matej played in the semi-professional USL League Two for the Des Moines Menace in 2015 and 2016. He has been on staff at ICC since 2017 while also coaching youth soccer for the Morton Premier Soccer Club.
