Former ICC Men's Basketball player Kendall Davis ('16) enters his second season with the Cougars in 2025-2026. In his first season at ICC, Davis made an impact in recruiting and was instrumental in starting the inaugural ICC Men's Basketball Summer League in 2025. 

After Illinois Central College, Davis attended Eureka College to continue his basketball career. After college, he would go on to play a stint of semi-professional basketball before finding his passion for coaching and player development. Davis became a player development coach in 2019, where he trains players year round.

He is the CEO of YKG (Young Kings Grinding) basketball skills' training and gives lessons to players of all ages. 

Kendall is a graduate of nearby Limestone Community High School, where he was a member of a team that finished 3rd place in the IHSA State Tournament in 2012-2013. 

Davis landed his first high school assistant coaching job, joining the Manual Academy Rams in Peoria in 2023 before coming back to ICC in 2024. He is currently working on his master's degree from Lindenwood University in business administration.
