Cedar Rapids, IA - It certainly hasn't been the easiest set of pairings for the seventh-ranked ICC volleyball team (32-11) during their time at the National Tournament this year. It started with defeating defending champ Richard Bland (9 seed), then the next task at hand was the nation's top-ranked team, (38-0) Cowley. The Cougars were able to stay with Cowley in the first two sets, falling by just four points in both. Alas, down 2-0, the Tigers found their rhythm perhaps as strongly as ever, and took the 3-0 win into the Final Four. ICC now falls into the consolation bracket, where they will face Region 24 rival Heartland (10th-seeded team) in an elimination match tomorrow morning.
