East Peoria, Ill. - That was quick. After a sweep over Jefferson College on Friday night, coach Tracy Heffren and the 17th-ranked ICC volleyball team (15-8) found themselves right back at Ramsey Gym less than 24 hours later, taking on two region opponents in the Rend Lake Warriors and Frontier Bobcats as part of an all-Region 24 tri-match. By the end of the afternoon, the Cougars would roll to a pair of victories and a subsequent (3-0) record in region play. ICC would drop the first set against Rend Lake, but ran the table the rest of the way, winning sets two, three, and four against the Warriors, followed by a sweep over Frontier.
