East Peoria, IL - The Illinois Central College Athletic Department is thrilled to be celebrating its Third Annual Athletics Hall of Fame Class this weekend. The induction ceremony is fast approaching, with the festivities occurring on Saturday, February 1st, at the CougarPlex and Lorene Ramsey Gymnasium. 

WHO'S BEING INDUCTED?
The 2025 class features three individuals and three teams. Charles Smith represents the Men's Basketball program, Jeni Garber represents the Women's Basketball and Softball programs, and Jane Miller-Sands is a media inductee. 

Teams being inducted this year include the 1981-82 Men's Basketball team (National Tournament Qualifiers), the 1987 Softball team (National Runners-Up), and the 1989 Softball team (National Runners-Up). 

WHEN & WHERE IS IT?
There are two segmented celebrations of the inductees. The female inductees (Garber, Miller-Sands, '87 Softball, '89 Softball) will be introduced to the crowd following the 1PM Women's Basketball game. The male inductees (Smith, '82 Men's Basketball) will be introduced to the crowd at halftime of the 3PM Men's Basketball game.

The formal Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Dinner will occur shortly after the conclusion of the men's game inside the auxiliary gym of the ICC CougarPlex. 

CAN I GO?
All are welcome. Those wishing to attend will pay a $35 entry fee at THIS LINK. There will not be physical/printed tickets, but your name would be on a Will Call list at the door. It's important to note that no tickets are available at the door or on the day of the event - all admission must be acquired in advance.
