Illinois Central College women's basketball player, Lily Luczkowiak, has been named NJCAA DII women's basketball player of the week, as announced on social media on Wednesday afternoon. 

The post read: "After leading ICC WBB to wins over multiple ranked opponents, Lily Luczkowiak has been named the NJCAA Basketball DII Women's Player of the Week. Luczkowiak averaged 18 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, and led the #3 Cougars to wins over Harcum and Pima."
 
Lily is a sophomore forward who is the daughter of Craig & Mandy Luczkowiak. She is a graduate of Illini Bluffs High School.
