Milan, IL - The fifth-ranked Illinois Central College Men's Golf team ventured over to the Pinnacle Country Club for the 16-team Black Hawk Spring Invitational. Better conditions on Thursday than Friday led to most of the team leaderboard having higher scores in day two, but the Cougars still went down to the wire with fourth-ranked Parkland, falling by just six strokes and taking second place.
Trey Boecker (medalist) and
Peyton Woods would both finish in the Individual Top Five.
