Normal, IL - The Illinois Central College baseball team fell to Heartland Community College in both games of Friday's doubleheader. The Cougars lost game one, 4-14, and game two, 8-14. ICC finishes the regular season at 21-34 overall, and 19-13 in conference play. 

Game one was highlighted by doubles from Micah McCoy and Ashton Corley. However, ICC couldn't match Heartland's high-scoring offense, and lost 4-14. Game two was tied at 8, when in the bottom of the 8th inning, the Cougars allowed Heartland to score 6 runs, taking the lead and the win, 14-8.

The Cougars will begin postseason play over the weekend at the Region 24 Tournament.
