Moberly, MO---Moberly Area CC (ranked #18 in D1) played the role of the Grinch against the ICC women's basketball team on Thursday night, drubbing the Cougars 67-45 in Missouri.  The Cougars shot a frigid 29% (15-52) from the field and had 28 turnovers, many of which the Greyhounds cashed in for points to take the big win.  

The Cougars had nine turnovers in the first quarter as they fell behind 17-11.  They drew to within 17-14 on a three-point play by Keijah Gray (assist Dayja Evans) but then the defense let down as the Greyhounds went on a 22-6 run to break the game open.  ICC trailed 44-28 at the half and looked to close the gap as Peyton Dearing and Evans hit three-pointers, closing the gap to 52-36 but the offensive woes continued as Moberly took the win.
