The ICC women's soccer team came up just short at Lewis and Clark, dropping a 2-1 decision to the Trailblazers in Godfrey on Tuesday. It was the second setback in just three days for the women's team, who have lost by just one goal in all three of their losses.
Olivia Teplitz-Crawford scored the goal for ICC, who is now 6-3.
Second year head coach
Javier Valle has this year's squad on the right track and it is only a matter of time before they turn the tables in these type of close games. The Cougars will get a chance for revenge on the Trailblazers this Saturday at CougarPlex Field.
Next up: Saturday, Oct. 2 at CougarPlex Field at 1pm.
