Belleville, Ill. - The Illinois Central College women's soccer team gave a great effort in tying with #18 Southwestern Illinois 4-4 on Saturday afternoon. 

The tie was bittersweet for the Cougars as they held a 4-3 lead with 2:30 left to play when the Blue Storm scored a goal for the tie. Nonetheless, it was a good shwoing for the team.

ICC got two goals from Alex Husson, and one each from Tori Morin and Abigail Caicedo. ICC's record is now 1-6-1 while SWIC is 8-3-2.
