EAST PEORIA, Ill. – Student housing on Illinois Central College's East Peoria Campus will reopen this August under a new name: Woodside on Campus.
 
Professionally managed and pre-leased by Young America Realty, the community is undergoing renovations designed to refresh and enhance the student living experience ahead of the Fall 2026 semester. Improvements include updates to the stairways, along with new flooring, countertops, paint, and additional interior enhancements throughout the residences.
