East Peoria, Ill. - Illinois Central College is excited to share that renovated apartments will be available for interested student-athletes and students beginning in August of the 2026-27 school year. Several coaches and current athletes toured a a finished apartment on Thursday afternoon and immediately noticed the upgrades.
All apartments have new wood vinyl flooring, fresh paint, quartz counter tops, backsplash, ceiling fans, larger beds, and new decor, among other things.
Apartment options are 4 bedroom/2 bath or 2 bedroom/2 bath. Leasing options can be for 10 or 12 months.
