East Peoria, Ill. - The Illinois Central College women's soccer team was defeated 4-1 by Southwestern Illinois in Region 24 action on Sunday at CougarPlex Soccer Field.

ICC defeated SWIC 3-2 just last Sunday, but the Cougars had a player receive a red card in the first part of the game, which forced them to play 70 minutes of the contest with one less player.

Freshman Jadyn Novy (Washington, IL) scored the lone goal for the Cougars, now 3-6 overall and 1-2 in Region 24.
